Luxury Lodges and Resort Jobs

This program is to participants from most countries provided you have at least 2 years kitchen, service  or housekeeping experience.

We are partnered with restaurants, lodges and resorts in New Zealand and Australia and have roles available throughout New Zealand. For those unabel to obtain working holiday visas you may be eligible for 3 year accredited work visas.

 Our partners provide excellent remuneration, offers full time hours, includes accommodation support. A clean police record check and employer references is required.

Current Openings:

We are looking for 20 members at two of New Zealand’s premier Golf resorts. We are searching for Cooks, Chefs, kitchen hands, housekeepers and servers to  starting as soon as possible.  Pay rates are from $24-$31/hour full time, 40 – 60 hours per week. Ongoing employment and sponsorship opportunities available.  Staff Accomodation available. Working Holiday visas are taking about 1-2 weeks to be issued at the moment and accredited work visa tokens 4 – 6 weeks,. so don’t delay. Drivers license may be required for some roles.

We are looking for up to 100 servers, chefs and front of house staff for many top restaurants in Auckland and Queenstown.

If you do not have the experience for the jobs above you can choose to join our regular Hospitality and Tourism Programs in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. We work with hundreds of employers across the country including everything from Campgrounds and Hostels through to 5 star hotels and offer jobs in cities, tourist towns and other hidden gem location.

We have luxury lodge and resort partners in more remote, exclusive locations, in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. All employers are looking for at least 6 months commitment and some ask for longer depending on the season.

Your work hours are generally full time or more. You need to be available for 30 – 60 hours per week and available on evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Since you will be busy you may not have much opportunity to travel during your placement itself. However, we recommend you have some time before or after your placement to see the country. Those that are offered jobs on this program tend to save quite a lot of money to put towards future travel. Most lodges offer completion bonuses as well. We work with several travel companies who can show you the best of the country. We can also help with travel options in Southeast Asia and Fiji. If you’re interested in a spot of extra travel around your placement, let us know and we’ll advise you about travel options.

We can arrange your accommodation – either in staff quarters (if available) or with a homestay or local share house.

If staff accommodation is available it may be in shared quarters with other workers and your accommodation costs will be deducted from your wages. Meals aren’t usually included in your staff accommodation costs, but there will be facilities to cook your own meals. If you’re working at a very remote location, which does not have cooking facilities for staff, your accommodation will include melas..

  • Be aged 18- 30 or 35 if from Canada or Ireland (visa rules).
  • Minimum 6 month commitment, some lodges may require a longer commitment.
  • Working Holiday Visa or equivalent work visa.
  • Willing to work in more exclusive, remote locations.
  • Have absolute discretions and be willing to sign Non Disclosure Agreements to not talk about guests to protect their privacy.
  • Have an IRD (tax) Number and New Zealand bank account.
  • Excellent Written References.
  • Clean Police Record Check.
  • Not have any pre-existing physical or mental health conditions that affect your ability to work.
  • Have excellent customer service, be happy, hard working, have a strong work ethic.
